Day 217: Saturday

8:55am: Good morning! For breakfast today I'm having 2 leftover eggplant slices with chicken and tomato sauce with some steamed green beans. My chicken portion is 4oz.


2:10pm: At 12:10 I had a MRP protein shake. 

3:25pm: At 3:15 I started eating lunch. I had okra cooked with tomatoes and onions with 2/3 of a cup of egg whites and 1 egg.


8:40am Sunday: I went and got ramen last night with Courtney, CJ, and Claude for dinner. We ate at around 7:30pm. I got the vegetarian ramen with no noodles.


At around 9:15pm I had some strawberries.
