Day 225: Sunday

8:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a stir fry green bean omelette with 2 eggs and 1/3 of a cup of egg whites, I served it with some steamed brussels sprouts and slices strawberries.


1pm: At 12pm I had a MRP protein shake. 

3:20pm: Right now I'm eating 3oz of leftover salmon with some sauteed red peppers and steamed broccoli.


7:25pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken drumstick meat with some steamed broccoli.



9:20pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein pudding with a serving of powdered peanut butter in it.
