6:30am: Good morning? Right now it's 6:30... I've been awake since 4am and I couldn't fall back asleep. Today is going to be extremely interesting to say the least. I'm planning on going for a run at the beach at around 8. I just had some sliced strawberries. I'm trying to fast because later I'll be grabbing food with Courtney.
1:20pm: So my run was a success, I didn't die! Courtney and I went to a place called Sugar Magnolia's in Gloucester for a late breakfast. It was so good, I decided to have a very 'cheat' meal. I ordered The Greasy Pole, which came with 3 eggs, bacon, linguiรงa, sausage (which I gave to Courtney because I don't like breakfast sausage), some homefries (some of which I also gave to Courtney), and 2 coconut almond chocolate pancakes (which I couldn't finish.)
The fast was totally worth it!
8:50pm: At around 3:15pm I finished my leftover pancake from breakfast, and that's it haha! I've been pretty full all day. At 8:15 I ate dinner. Tonight Courtney and I made pan seared salmon, sauteed red peppers, and steamed green beans. My salmon portion was 4oz.
