10:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2/3 of a cup of egg whites, 1/4 of an avocado, and some steamed green beans.
2:30pm: At 2:15 I had 1/2 of a protein shake.
4pm: At 3:45 I had another 1/2 of a protein shake.
8pm: Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken drumstick meat, 1/4 of an avocado, and some steamed brussels sprouts for dinner.
10pm: I just splurged and ate an ounce of honey roasted cashews that were just hanging around my kitchen. Not one of my finer moments.
