Day 223: Friday

9:05am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating my breakfast. I made a brussels sprout stir fry with 1 cup of egg whites and served it with 1/4 of an avocado.


3:15pm: At 12:40 I had a MRP protein shake with 2 tbsp of PB2 peanut butter. 

3:55pm: Right now I'm eating 2.8oz of chicken drumstick meat with stir fried red peppers, green beans, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos.


8:40pm: At 8:10 I ate dinner. I made a 3 egg stir fry with garlic, brussels sprouts, and green beans. I had some hot sauce on it.
