8:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a 3 egg stir fry omelette with brussels sprouts and some sliced strawberries.
1:45pm: At 11:55 I had a MRP protein shake.
4:40pm: At 2:55 I had 2 hard boiled eggs with some steamed green beans.

7:40pm: Right now I'm eating dinner and boy is it awesome! Tonight I stir fried 4.2oz of chicken drumstick meat with some red peppers, green beans, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos. I also made some cauliflower "rice" which came out pretty good!
