8:40am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs, 1/2 of an avocado and some steamed brussels sprouts for breakfast.
I still have stomach cramps by the way, they aren't as bad as they have been this weekend but they're still there.
1:50pm: At 12:40 I had a protein MRP shake.
4:30pm: Right now I'm eating 1/2 of an avocado with some steamed broccoli. I know, where's the meat, right? I'm trying to get these stomach cramps to go away so I'm trying everything!
