Day 230: Friday

8:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a 3 egg omelette with some steamed green beans and some sliced strawberries.


11pm: At 11:45am I had a MRP protein shake. At 2:55pm I had 4.4oz of chicken with green beans and broccoli.


At around 7:15pm tonight I had dinner. I went to the dining hall at UNH with Courtney. I got some stir fry with chicken, snow peas, peppers, broccoli, water cress, and beansprouts. But that wasn't enough! So I got some chicken with zucchini and stuff. I finished everything off with some yogurt. I was STARVING tonight!
