8:35am: Good morning! For breakfast today I'm eating 2 eggs with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites, some steamed brussels sprouts, and some strawberries.
1:20pm: At 11:45 I had a MRP protein shake.

5:50pm: Right now I'm eating dinner. I made chicken drumsticks and steamed green beans. My chicken portion was 3.5oz, I served everything with 1/4 of an avocado.
9:40pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein pudding with some cinnamon.
