Day 236: Thursday Weigh In

10:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.

3:30pm: Right now I'm eating some stir fry I made with 3 eggs, a red pepper, some broccoli, green beans, 4 cashews, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos. Boy was I hungry!

Weights:

Squats:
180x6x2

Leg press:
290x6 +20lbs from 3/21
330x6 (It was actually a 240lb man + 2 45lb plates. I'll have to get a video next time!) 

Glut-ham sit-up:
3lb dumbbell
x6x2

WEIGH IN! So this week I actually lost some weight which was cool. I weighed in at around 191.5lbs. Getting closer and closer!



4:25pm: I was still hungry after eating so I just polished off a MRP protein pudding.

8pm: At 7:40 I had dinner. Tonight I made stir fry with asparagus, red pepper, 5oz of chicken drumstick meat, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos. I have been eating a lot of stir fry lately, stir frying is just so much easier than everything else! 



9:30pm: I just got a hankering for something sweet so I decided to make a peanut butter and banana sandwich using powdered peanut butter and "bread" made from protein powder pancakes that I made. Wasn't that bad!
