Day 228: Wednesday

8:22am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a stir fried green bean omelette with 2 eggs and 1/3 of a cup of egg whites, I'm also eating some sliced strawberries.



2:35pm: At 11:40 I had a MRP protein shake. Right now I'm eating 3 hard boiled eggs with some snap peas.

Tricep press down:

65x6 +2.5lbs from 3/13

7:30pm: Right now I'm eating dinner. Tonight I made baked haddock and sauteed asparagus, red peppers, and garlic. My haddock portion is 4oz.


9:45pm: Right now I'm eating a MRP protein pudding.
