Day 219: Monday

8:50am: Good morning! For breakfast today I'm eating another green bean stir fry omelette with 1/2 of a cup of egg whites served with 1/6 of an avocado and 3.5oz of strawberries.



12:55pm: Right now I'm eating 3.7oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some chili powder on it, some leftover sauteed kale, and 1/4 of an avocado.



7pm: At 4pm I had a MRP protein shake.

7:50pm: At 7:30 I ate dinner. Tonight I made baked cod with some sesame seeds and chili powder on it as well as steamed broccoli. I served everything with 1/4 of an avocado. My cod portion was 3.8oz.


9am Tuesday: At around 9pm last night I had 43g of plain almonds.
