8:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 10.9oz of steamed brussells sprouts with 1/3 cup egg whites and 1 egg.
3:20pm: At 11:40am I ate 8.4oz of leftover chicken wings, the bones weighed 3.7oz leaving me with 4.7oz of meat. I had some sauteed kale as well but I didn't weigh it because I completely forgot.

7:50pm: At 7:30 I ate dinner. I made baked chicken breasts and served it with 11oz of steamed green beans. My chicken portion was 4.6oz.
