Day 170: Monday

8:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm having 1/2 cup egg whites, 10.2oz of steamed broccoli, and 2 pieces of leftover bacon from yesterday.



1:20pm: At 12 I had a protein shake. 

4:35pm: So from now on I won't be doing pull-ups or one arm rows. They've been replaced by Lat pull downs and low cable rows

Lat pull down:
Straight bar

Low cable row:
V bar
130x6 

Deadlift:
252.5x3 (Lost my balance and fell forward so I had to stop)
252.5x6 +2.5lbs from 1/14

Barbell curl:
107.5x6
110x6 +2.5lbs from 1/14

At 4:25 I ate 1 egg, 6.2oz of sauteed kale, and 1.1oz of salad greens/spinach.



8:15pm: For dinner tonight I had baked haddock and some okra that my mom made. My okra portion was 9.3oz and my haddock portion was 4.1oz.
