Day 175: Saturday

11:35am: Good morning! At 10:30 I ate breakfast. I ate 1 egg, 1/3 cup egg whites with some salsa verde on top, 4.4oz of onions, 8.8oz of green peppers, 5.2oz of avocado, and last but not least 2 slices of bacon.




After I ate I got caught up in doing some homework so that's why it took me so long to update!

4pm: I just ate 7.1oz of steamed green beans, 1/3 cup egg whites, and 2 slices of bacon.



10:20pm: At 8pm I ate dinner. I got vegetarian ramen without noodles tonight for dinner.
