8:55am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 10.1oz of steamed green beans with 1/3 cup egg whites and 1 egg for breakfast!
2:20pm: At 11:20am I had my lunch. I ate 10.1oz of steamed broccoli with 3.9oz of tuna.
My workout was pretty sweet today.

3pm: At 2:45 I made myself a protein powder pudding with 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp of chia seeds, and 2.5oz of blackberries. It was pretty decent. The picture does it no justice!
7:30pm: For dinner tonight I made baked cod and steamed grean beans. My cod portion was 4.3oz, my green bean portion was 7.6oz, and I also added some cherry tomatoes to my plate.
