Day 168: Saturday

8:40am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 6.5oz of sauteed kale with 1/3 cup egg whites and 1 egg.




1pm: At 12 I had 4.1oz cod and 6.5oz of kale that I cooked before work.  



 
4:20pm: I just had a protein shake. I added 2 scoops protein powder, 3oz blackberries, and 1 tbsp of chia seeds. It's pretty good!




9:45am Sunday: Good morning! Last night I went to see Tracy Morgan perform with Courtney and didn't get home until around 2am. I had vegetarian ramen for dinner at around 7:30pm.
