12pm: Right now I'm eating a late breakfast. I made 1/3 cup egg whites, 11.1oz of steamed brussells sprouts, and served it with 3 pieces of low sodium bacon.
10pm: At 5:45pm I ate dinner. I made chicken wings and steamed green beans. My chicken portion was 9.6oz and the bones weighed 4.1oz. My green beans weighed 11oz.
aaaaand the Patriots lost. :(
