9:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3.7oz of turkey, 6.8oz of steamed broccoli, and some salad greens!
1pm: So for lunch I'm basically eating what I had for breakfast, I just added some tomatoes to the salad greens. My turkey portion was 3.5oz and my broccoli portion was 6.8oz.
