9:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm.. enjoying a protein shake for breakfast.
12:30pm: That workout kicked my ass! I just ate 1oz of almonds.

187.5x4 +2.5lbs from 1/3
Lunges:
120x4x2 +10lbs from 1/3
Glut-ham sit-up:
x12 x12 +1 overall from 1/3
I really love the satisfactory feeling I get after a successful weigh in. It really makes all the hard work and sacrifice (NO BREAD) worth it! Today I weighed in at 206lbs, it was a hair under 206 but let's call it 206. That's 4lbs down. It's only a matter of time before I bid farewell to the 200lb threshold.
2:05pm: Right now I'm eating 4.1oz of chicken breast with 10oz of steamed green beans.
9:25pm: So at around 5pm I went and got sushi with Courtney and Allee. We got some edamame and I had about 12 rolls.
Right now I'm eating 3.5oz of chicken breast with 5.6oz of green beans. I really didn't feel like cooking so I just had some leftovers from earlier.
