9:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein shake for breakfast.
2:30pm:

Today I weighed in at 204.5lbs but lets call it 205. A little less progression that I had hoped for but this just gives me a chance to look at the past week and try to tweak some things for the coming week.
At 1pm I ate lunch. I made 11.1oz of sauteed brussells sprouts with 4.6oz of leftover chicken from last night. I added a little hot sauce for flavor.
6pm: So at 4:15 I went to this place in Salem called Scratch Kitchen with Courtney and CJ. I only got a dessert because I saw them post it on their Facebook page and I felt the urge to try it. It was a peanut butter cookie sandwich with peanut butter cream, with banana ice cream, concord grape coulis, and candied bacon bits. Oh man, that was a meal in and of itself.
8:10pm: At 7:30 I ate dinner. I sauteed broccoli and threw in some of the leftover chicken from last night. My broccoli portion was 10.7oz and my chicken portion was 4.6oz.
