Day 172: Wednesday

8:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 11.6oz of steamed green beans, 1/3 cup of egg whites, and 2 pieces of bacon for breakfast.


12:25pm: Right now I'm eating 8.9oz of steamed broccoli and 3/4 cup of egg whites.




2:05pm: I just had a protein shake.

4:40pm: What a freezing cold workout! I was all sorts of bundled up at The Unit today. Shawn had to take a picture of my face right before one of my bench sets because it was too funny.

Bench:

142.5x3x2 no increase

Incline bench:
117.5x6
120x4 +2.5lbs from 1/16

Upright bench:
105x6x2 +2.5lbs from 1/16

Tricep pressdown
Black mini band
70x6x2 no increase

5:50pm: I had to eat dinner early tonight because I have a class from 6:30 until 9:15, so I just ate. I had 4.6oz of chicken breast and 10oz of steamed green beans.


 

and now it's time for me to run to class!

9:40pm: So my first night class wasn't that bad! I was starving when I got home though, so at 9:30 I ate 6oz of green beans.
