8:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 10.9oz of steamed broccoli and 2 eggs.
12:45pm: At 11:50am I had a protein shake.
3pm: Right now I'm eating 6.1oz of sauteed kale with 4.6oz of leftover chicken breast that I heated up with some hot sauce.
11:40am Sunday: Sorry I didn't update last night! At 6:45pm I had dinner last night, I got vegetarian ramen without noodles.
At around like 10pm I had 1.5oz of almonds. I went to a friends house last night and didn't have any real food but I was prepared with almonds!
