8:55am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites, 1 egg, 9.4oz of steamed brussells sprouts, and some salad greens for breakfast.
1:15pm: Right now I'm eating lunch. I made 3/4 cup egg whites and some sauteed kale. My kale weighed 7.1oz.
4:25pm: I just had 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 2 tbsp of chia seeds.
7pm: At 6:40pm I ate dinner. I made baked chicken wings and steamed brussells sprouts. My chicken portion was 6.1oz but weighed the bones after and it weighed 2.3oz, so my total chicken eaten was 3.8oz. My brussells sprouts portion was 13oz.
