11:45am: Good morning. I'm not really feeling too good today, I had an upset stomach when I woke up. At around 11 I ate a Clif bar for breakfast. I didn't feel like cooking haha.
2pm: At 1:30 I ate 7.5oz of sauteed kale with 4.4oz of canned tuna.
8pm: At 7:30 I ate dinner. I made scallops with bacon and onion, and steamed broccoli. Scallop portion was 4.4oz and my broccoli portion was 14.1oz. I didn't end up eating one of my scallops, I didn't know how much it weighed though.
