Day 154: Saturday

9:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites with an egg, and 8oz of steamed green beans.




2pm: At 12:30pm I had a protein shake.

12am Sunday: At 3:30pm I had some dried coconut stuff from Trader Joe's that was a little sweet, I don't have the nutritional facts. At 7:30pm I had vegetable ramen.
