Day 171: Tuesday

12:30pm: Hello! At 10:30am I ate my breakfast/lunch. I was running late for my first day of classes so I didn't have time to update! I had 4.7oz of leftover haddock from last night with 10.9oz of steamed broccoli.




2:30pm: Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup of egg whites, 12.8oz of steamed broccoli, and 2 pieces of leftover bacon.




6:50pm: Right now I'm eating 4.7oz of baked chicken breast, 2.6oz of avocado, and 8oz of sauteed asparagus.







9pm: So I just got hungry for a snack, I went to grab some cottage cheese but there was less than a serving left. I ate that and was still hungry, so I grabbed 5oz of green beans, washed them, and I'm currently eating them.
