Day 164: Tuesday

8:55am: Good morning! For breakfast today I made 10oz of steamed brussells sprouts and 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg. I ate at about 8:30.



12:20pm: I had 4.2oz of tuna with 6.2oz of brussells sprouts for lunch today. I ate at 11:30am.



3:40pm: At 3:20 I made myself some banana blackberry protein pancakes. They were actually good! They don't come close to actual pancakes, but for what they are, they're pretty good!



7:40pm: I ate dinner at around 7:15 tonight. I made chicken wings, sauteed asparagus, and steamed broccoli. My chicken portion was 8oz, the bones weighed out to 3.4oz. My asparagus portion was 6.2oz and my broccoli portion was 6oz.
