So today I weighed in at 209.5lbs but let's call it 210! I really thought I was going to be at 211, I continue to amaze myself! Oddly enough, I wanted to be 210lbs by the end of the year. I guess that kind of works seeing as how today is my first weigh in of 2013. ;)
1pm: Right now I'm eating 3/4 cup of egg whites with some tomatoes in it, 4oz of leftover brussells sprouts and 10oz of leftover cauliflower for lunch.
4:10pm: Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites, 1 egg, some salad greens, and some tomatoes.
8pm: I ate dinner at 7:30 tonight. I made turkey burgers with 1/2 cup of black beans divided among 4 burgers. They were ok. My portion was 4.7oz. I also made some sauteed kale and bacon, I had a slice. My kale portion was 8oz.
