Day 156: Monday

9am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites, 1 egg, and 11.8oz of steamed broccoli for breakfast.



4:30pm: At 1:30pm I had 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1tbsp of psyllium husk but it was disgusting so I threw it out!

Weights:

One arm rows:
80x6x2 +2.5lbs from 12/31/2012

Pull-ups:
1 thick black band
x9 x4 no increase


Deadlift:
240x6x2 +5lbs from 12/31/2012


Barbell curl:
107.5x6
107.5x5 +2.5lbs from 12/31/2012

At about 4:20 I took a scoop of protein powder (equiv. 1/2 protein shake) and mixed it with some water and cinnamon to make a pudding. 



7:40pm: At 7pm I ate dinner. I made scallops and bacon, sauteed green beans, and a salad. My scallop portion was 3.5oz, my green bean portion was 8oz.
