Day 148: Sunday

9am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some salad greens for breakfast.


1pm: At 12:15pm I had a protein shake with 1 tbsp of psyllium husk.

3:45pm: At 3:30pm I made a small salad with salad greens, a few cherry tomatoes, and some leftover bacon that was in the fridge. I normally wouldn't have added the bacon but we have like no meat in the fridge! Time to go food shopping!


7:45pm: So tonight, I decided to try and cook something I haven't cooked before. Scallops! I cooked scallops with bacon and they were AWESOME. I also made some sauteed green beans and served everything with some salad greens. My scallop portion was 4oz.
