8:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg, steamed brussells sprouts, and some spinach/salad mix.
12:25pm: At 11:30am I had a protein shake with 1 tbsp of psyllium husk while I was at work.
6:10pm: At 2:45pm I had an ounce of almonds. I went to see Guilt Trip with my mom so I brought something to snack on.
6:25pm: For dinner tonight I made cod, sauteed kale, and served it with some salad greens. My cod portion was 4oz.
