Day 132: Thursday Weigh In

8:45am: Good morning! I had a protein shake at 8:15 for breakfast. Time to head off to training!

10:10am: Training was good today, I was hoping I wouldn't have a repeat of last week!

Weights:


Squats: 
177.5x6 no increase

Lunges:
95x6x2 +5lbs from 12/6

Glut-ham sit-up: (I had been labeling the exercise wrong)
x6 x7 floor touch +3 overall from 12/6

I weighed in at 215lbs today, which is great! That's -3lbs from last week. I can't wait to be under 200lbs!

My neck looks weird..


11:30am: Right now I'm eating my lunch. I heated up 3.7oz of leftover chicken, some leftover cauliflower, and I steamed some broccoli.







7:20pm: At 3pm I had a beet, carrot, strawberry, blueberry, lettuce, spinach, and kale smoothie from Jamba Juice. It was so good!

Right now I'm eating dinner. I made steak with sauteed kale. My steak portion was 4.7oz.




TL;DR: Had a protein shake, went to training, increased my lunging weight, increased my sit-up reps, lost 3 pounds, cooked leftovers for lunch, went to Jamba Juice, made steak and kale.
