1:30pm: At 8am I had protein shake. At around 11:30am I had a half oz of almonds to hold myself over until lunch.
For lunch at 1pm, I had 3/4 cup of egg whites, 1 egg, and a head of steamed broccoli.

6:50pm: I ate dinner at 6:30pm. Tonight I made roasted turkey legs and steamed brussells sprouts. My turkey leg was 9oz with the bones and all. After I ate the meat, I weighed the bones and it was 4oz so about 5oz of meat overall?
