11:55am: Good morning! Today, I made breakfast for Courtney and I. I made myself 1/3 cup egg whites, 1 egg, steamed brussells sprouts, and some bacon. The bacon had no nitrates added to it. I had one piece. I served everything with 1/2 of a grapefruit, I know I know, I usually don't eat fruit but I decided to have a little today.
3:30pm: Right now I'm having a protein shake with a tbsp of psyllium husk.
8:15pm: For dinner tonight I made cod, sauteed asparagus, and my mom made butternut squash soup. My cod portion was 4.7oz.
