8am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating some steamed broccoli and 1/3 cup of egg whites cooked with 1 egg.
2:25pm: At 11:20am I had a protein shake with 1 tbsp of psyllium husk. Right now I'm eating 4oz of leftover chicken from the other night, some steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and raw spinach/salad green mix.
6:45pm: I just heated up some leftover steak, cooked some onions, steamed some brussells sprouts, and served everything with some spinach/salad green mix. My steak portion was 4.3oz.
