Day 128: Sunday

9am: Good morning! For breakfast today I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites, 1 egg, and some steamed brussells sprouts.

3:40pm: At 12:45pm I had a protein shake for lunch. At 3:20pm I had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.

8pm: Tonight I ate dinner at 7pm. I made cod, asparagus, and summer squash. My cod portion was 4.8oz.
