8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 egg whites, 1 egg, and a head of steamed broccoli for breakfast.
1:35pm: At 11:20am I had a protein shake.
3pm: Right now I'm eating 3.8oz of leftover chicken (It's going to take forever for me to finish all of it!) and some steamed brussells sprouts. I tossed Nanami Togarashi on my chicken, it's a japanese chili powder and it's soooo good.!
9:35pm: At 6:30pm I had dinner, I went to get ramen with CJ and Courtney. I got vegetarian ramen without noodles and extra seaweed.
