Day 145: Thursday Weigh In

8:50am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein shake for breakfast.

12:25pm: 

Weights:

Squats:
180x5
180x4 +2.5lbs from 12/20

Lunges: 
102.5x4x2 +2.5lbs from 12/20

Glut-ham sit-up:
x11 x10 floor touch +5 overall from 12/20

So this week I finally lost some weight. I was going to go crazy if I stayed at 215lbs again. I weighed in at 213lbs today, only down 2lbs but with the amount of weight I've lost since August, this is acceptable for me.




1pm: Right now I'm eating some leftover cauliflower with 4 pieces of bacon, 1/2 cup of eggwhites, and some onion. I believe one serving of bacon was 2 slices, had 70 calories, and 160mg of sodium.



7:10pm: At 4:45pm I had a smoothie from Jamba Juice. It was goooooooooooooooooood.

8pm: Right now I'm eating dinner. I made steak and sauteed kale. My steak portion was 4.4oz.
