8:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites, 1 egg, steamed broccoli, and some raw spinach/salad greens.
2pm: I had a protein shake with 1 tbsp of psyllium husk at 12:10pm today.
4:40pm: I got back from training not too long ago.
