8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating some steamed broccoli, spring mix, and 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg that I cooked.
11:20am: Right now I'm having a protein shake with 1 tbsp of psyllium husk.
1:50pm: Training was awesome today! Like I said last week, I switched my Monday and Wednesday routines.

8:20pm: So tonight we had people over the house for dinner and I made my first ham. I decided to not buy one of the premade ham glazes that you can buy from the store since they're packed with sugar. I made a honey orange glaze for the ham, it was really good. Everything came out great!
I had 5oz of ham with some some green bean casserole that my aunt made with some steamed brussells sprouts for dinner.
