Day 137: Tuesday
9:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating some steamed brussells sprouts, raw spinach, and 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg that I cooked.
3:10pm: At 12:30pm I had a protein shake with 1 tbsp of psyllium husk.
10pm: I ate dinner tonight at 7pm. I made turkey legs and sauteed kale.
