Day 130: Tuesday

9:35am: Good morning! I'm eating breakfast right now, I made 1/3 cup egg whites, 1 egg, steamed broccoli, and served it with some spinach mix and some hot sauce on the eggs.



3:45pm: At 1pm I had a protein shake with 1 tbsp psyllium husk.

7:05pm: I ate dinner tonight at 6:45pm. I made chicken thighs and sauteed broccoli with garlic/tomato. My chicken portion was 4.9oz.
