9:40am: Good morning! I just started eating my breakfast. I'm having 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 egg, and some raw spinach.
5:30pm: At 12:40pm I had a protein shake and at 4pm I had a half protein shake. I've been in such a rush to do things today..
7:30pm: I made chicken legs for dinner tonight but they still aren't done cooking so I decided to eat leftover turkey from last night. I also had some okra and a 1/4 slice of avocado with my food. My turkey portion was 3.9oz.
