7:15am: Good morning. I've been up since 5am unfortunately, life decided that it doesn't want me to sleep today. Right now I'm having a protein shake.
10:25am: Man, today just isn't one of those days. I haven't really felt good since I updated earlier. I did just get back from training though and it was a successful session for the most part. I'm pretty much running on 62.5% of my normal amount of sleep. I usually get 8 hours of sleep a night but I only slept for 5 soooo 12.5*5=62.5.

177.5x4x2 +2.5lbs from 11/29
Lunges:
90x6x2 +7.5lbs from 11/29
Glut-ham bench:
x6 x4 I touched the floor on each one
Today I weighed in at 218lbs, I don't know if it's because I don't feel good or not but hey, that's a gain. (But a loss in weight!)
12pm: Up until 15 minutes ago I didn't have much of an appetite, but I'm eating lunch now! My microwave was acting kind of weird so I took my food to the stove top! I took 4.7oz of leftover chicken leg meat and tossed it in a pan with some Cholula Chipotle hot sauce, my favorite! I also heated up some cauliflower and steamed some brussells sprouts.
8:30pm: At around 4pm I went to Jamba Juice with CJ. I got a apple, mango, spinach, lettuce, carrot, and kale smoothie. It actually wasn't that bad.
At 8pm I ate dinner, tonight I had steak with a little bit of Cholula hot sauce on it and steamed broccoli. My steak portion was 4.2oz.
