8:55am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating some steamed broccoli, salad greens, and 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg.
12:30pm: Right now I'm eating 3/4 cup of egg whites with some onion and tomato served with some salad greens. I really didn't feel like cooking meat or making a protein shake haha.
4:25pm: Right now I'm eating a salad with salad greens (obviously), tomatoes, onions, and 1/2 tbsp of olive oil.

7:12pm: For dinner tonight I made cod with steamed cauliflower. My cod portion was 5oz and my cauliflower portion was 12oz. I'm starting to weigh my vegetable portions just so I can keep a record of how much I usually eat then see how my body reacts to it.
