Day 144: Wednesday

8:45am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/2 cup of egg whites, some steamed broccoli, and some salad greens.



2:15pm:

Bench:

140x4  no increase

Incline bench:
115x5x2 +5lbs from 12/19

Upright bench:
100x6
100x5 no increase

Dips:
Thin black band
x1

Thick orange band
x2 x3 ( The black band really screwed me up, I thought I was going to be able to handle it! ) 


8:45am Thursday: For dinner last night at 7:45pm I had 3.5oz of chicken breast with steamed cauliflower.
