8:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein shake as my breakfast before I go to training.
12:35pm: Blah! Training kind of sucked today...Squats were giving me a tough time, I couldn't even get 3 squats at 177.5lbs. I guess that pull I felt after deadlifting yesterday meant business. When I weighed in at the unit I weighed in at 215lbs, no loss from last week. I don't know if it is the fact that I'm feeling pretty backed up if you know what I mean or if it was the anniversary dinner last Sunday taking it's revenge on me. Regardless, after training I went to get my hair cut and felt like doing a little cardio to get my mind off of not losing weight, this kind of stuff bums me out! I weighed in at the gym after using the bathroom and weighed in at 214lbs. I'm still going to treat this week like I didn't lose any weight, I'm disappointed in myself.

177.5x2 (blah) no increase
Lunges:
100x6x2 +5lbs from 12/13
Glut-ham sit-up:
x10 x6 floor touch +3 overall from 12/13
Right now I'm eating lunch. I warmed up 3.8oz of chicken with cauliflower/broccoli from last night.
5pm: At around 3:40pm I had a cappuccino from Starbucks.
6:45pm: I ate dinner at around 6:25 today. I made steak tips with steamed broccoli. My steak portion was 4.4oz.
