9am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating an omelette with 1/3 cup of egg whites, 1 egg, and some tomato/onion/cilantro salsa. I served it with some steamed brussells sprouts.
1:55pm: I had a protein shake for lunch at 12:30pm.
9pm: At 7pm I ate dinner. I made cod and sauteed sesame asparagus and spinach. My cod portion was 4.3oz.
