9:45am: Man I love sleeping in! So today for breakfast I'm trying something a little different. I'm breaking away from Paleo for this meal. I've been having trouble getting enough fiber into my diet, too much information, I know, sorry! I picked up some Fiber One Bran cereal from the grocery store yesterday. I spent like 15 minutes in the cereal aisle trying to get the right one. This one jumped out because it doesn't have too much sugar but it has a ton of fiber. I had 1 cup of the cereal with 1/4 cup of skim milk. I put the nutrition facts for the cereal there too so check that out!
1:10pm: Right now I'm having a protein shake with 1 tbsp psyllium husk as my lunch.
4:30pm: So there's a bunch of helicopters flying around where I live, it's crazy...and annoying. I got home from training not too long ago.
Weights:
One arm rows:
77.5x6x2 +2.5lbs from 12/12
Pull-ups:
1 thick black band
x7 x5 +4 from 12/12
Deadlift:
230x6 +5lbs from 12/12 (I only did one set because I felt tightness in my right glute and I didn't want to risk anything.)
Barbell curl:
100x8
100x6 +no increase
6:40pm: I ate dinner at around 6:20 tonight. I made some slow cooked chicken breasts with 4 tbsp of greek dressing. It was 2.45lbs of chicken so the dressing was spread evenly among the chicken. I also sauteed some broccoli and cauliflower. My chicken portion was 4.6oz.
